Since 2014, LEAP has impacted over 3,000 educators, 180 schools, and 65,000 students – the data is undeniable; when we personalize learning, we can activate the boundless potential within every learner and cultivate a brighter future for our nation.

Nationwide Impact.
Building on a decade of learning in Chicago, LEAP expanded its impact nationwide in the 2024-2025 school year through programs reaching schools and districts across the country working to transform learning. So far this year, LEAP has impacted more than 20,000 educators and 500,000 students.
